This is great because casting Ryan Reynolds makes actually more sense then the original casting of Christopher Lambert. He’s just as bland, though Reynolds does not have Lambert’s most redeeming feature: his looming brow. Unfortunate.

Though really no one can replace Clancy Brown so this whole discussion is pointless.
